1. Pricing
1.1 All prices and shipping costs are shown in Euros and include VAT, with no additional hidden costs. International Deliveries - Local taxes or customs charges may be payable and if charged are the responsibility of the purchaser.
1.2 Postage is extra (see delivery method in checkout section).
1.3 We reserve the right to increase prices at any time and will take all reasonable steps to contact you if this occurs
1.4 Offers (Hot Deals) and pricing of the items are as indicated on the Kids and Babies website and are are subject to change or removal. The price of your purchased item will not change after you have placed your order.
2. Payment Method
2.1 All goods must be paid for prior to being mailed out.
2.2 We accept credit cards and use the latest technology and anti fraud systems available; this is done through either the authorized retailer 2Checkout.com or PayPal.com using their secure servers. 2Checkout.com is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Kids and Babies.
3. No Questions asked Satisfaction Guarantee
3.1 We are happy to offer a total 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your goods, return them within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the costs on a no questions asked basis. Unfortunately, postage costs cannot be refunded)
3.2 You need to contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods, either by email or letter stating why you are unhappy. We will refund you the cost of the goods providing they are returned to us with the original packaging intact, and in the same condition they left us. (See Missing/Damaged Goods Section)
4. Missing/Damaged Goods
4.1 You must contact us within 7 days of mailing so we can request a proof of delivery, you will be sent an email on the day of mailing to advise we have sent your order.
We will only refund for lost packages once we have received a copy of the proof of delivery. If this shows the goods have been signed for at the given delivery address or by a neighbor on your instructions no refund can be made.
If you request that we leave a package anywhere else, for example in a shed or cupboard or inside a porch or by a door, we cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing.
4.2 If your goods have been damaged please return them to us and we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund as soon as we receive the item, our liability in respect of lost or damage goods is limited the replacement of the goods or a refund of the price of the goods, whichever the customer prefers.
5. Returns
5.1 Postage costs will only be refunded for the return of faulty or incorrect goods. When returning goods, for your own protection please make sure you register the package when you mail it, as we will only refund your money when we have received the goods back.
6. Out of Stock Items
6.1 On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock, we will email you and ask if you would like us to send the order without it, substitute another item, wait until it is in stock or cancel the order for the out of stock item. The choice is yours, either way you will only ever pay one postage charge.
7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1 By placing an order for goods with Kids and Babies, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7.2 Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Your order is deemed as accepted when we confirm mailing.
7.3 Once the order has been sent, you will receive an initial email indicating the status: PROCESSED. At this time either you or Kids and Babies can cancel the order and your credit card will not be charged. Kids and Babies has the right to cancel the order if the item is not in stock or your credit card was declined. If the item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you before canceling the order with the intent of assisting you in finding an alternative item.
7.4 When your credit card has been charged and your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been completed successfully. At this time, you can no longer cancel the order. Once you have received your order you can then return the item following our terms in our Return Information section.
7.5 Any attempts at hacking or abusing the Kids and Babies website will be met with legal ramifications.
8. Copyright
8.1 All brand names and images of brand names are the copyright of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of information for our customers. Any other images or text used are the copyright of Kids and Babies.
9. Delivery
Kids and Babies shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labor trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to Kids and Babies of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Kids and Babies by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control. If your package is returned as not delivered because of a failure to respond to a card or telephone message left by the courier or mail service, then the purchaser agrees to pay any returns charges imposed by the carrier or mail service and if re-delivery is required any further delivery charges.
