Return Information

We are happy to offer a total 30 Day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your goods, return them within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the costs on a no questions asked basis. (Unfortunately, postage costs cannot be refunded)

You need to contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods, either by email or letter stating why you are unhappy. We will refund you the cost of the goods providing they are returned to us with the original packaging intact, and in the same condition they left us. (See Missing/Damaged Goods Section in the Terms and Conditions section)

Postage costs will only be refunded for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.

When returning goods, for your own protection, please make sure you register the package when you mail it, as we will only refund your money when we have received the goods back.
